Hailing from Ahmedabad, India Shwetaank as his unique name suggests has devoted his life 'purely' to music. The passionate artist started his musical career at an early age of 7 and from then on took to music as fish takes to water. Shwe grew up with a penchant for Indian Classical music and showcased an early understanding of instruments like the Harmonium & the Sitar. Later after graduating, he got into Boston's prestigious Berklee College of Music and gradually shifted his focus on the Blues and the Electric Guitar.

He played a critical role in organizing, sponsoring and performing as a lead musician in two of Gujarat's biggest music festival (Ahmedabad Jazz and Blues 2013) & (The Rainbow Music Fest 2010, 2011) which drew upwards ten and thousands of people.

Shwe then decided to further his musical horizons and moved to Boston, Massachusetts where he chose to study Guitar Performance with the Berklee Guitar Department. Developing a keen ear but a more clear mindset on subjects like harmony, Shwe performed and played as the in various ensembles and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in music.

With his incredible talent and extensive learning of Music, Shwe is currently based in New York working on his grand debut album with a fine bunch of producers and musicians. Together with NYC based Benny Benson & Vegas based Spicy Gringo,  Shwe has written, produced and recorded  over 25 studio tracks. The young and exceptionally talented musician has played as the lead in countless gigs in New York including Broadway's own Symphony Space theatre where prolific filmmakers like Woody Allen and Martin Scorsese used to frequent. Seems that Shwe's musical rollercoaster ride will only go up from here on.

His recent collabs include a sold out Sofar sound show in Brooklyn, NYC, live performing arts project with Dalton Patton, Broadway performances and performances with Gospel Choirs, and has toured and performed in South Korea, USA, India

In India, he had sold out shows in Gujarat, Mumbai and Delhi. He also played in IIT fest as a teenager with his very first band from The Guitar Workshop in Ahmedabad.
