Qyuki and Internet sensation Avanti Nagral collaborate on new music video ‘Treated’

Continuing it’s slew of trend setting collaborations, Qyuki’s latest project is with Indian-American singer songwriter Avanti Nagral, for a brand new track Treated. A song that emphasises on kind humanitarian behavior - “treat others the way you would like to be treated”. It is produced by Mumbai-based Flying Carpet Productions. Inspired by Avanti’s personal experiences, along with stories of women who have faced domestic violence, marital rape and bad relationships, it strongly promotes the importance of taking a stand in any kind of relationship.

Multi-talented artist Avanti Nagral who has had a successful journey from Bombay to Boston, conveys an empowering message through a catchy tune that incorporates elements of Indian and Church/Gospel music. Avanti has performed at venues across India, the US and the Philippines, and is the first Indian pursuing a dual degree between Harvard University and the Berklee College of Music. Her last release was titled I Like, a first in the VR space in India and Southeast Asia.

Sagar Gokhale, Chief Operating Officer of Qyuki said “Avanti is a powerhouse of talent. Her music is unique and so is her dedicated fan following. With this collaboration, we are exploring new avenues in the digital music space and are pumped to support Avanti in her endeavour and ours. This relationship is very symbiotic and is a feather in our caps indeed.”

Sharing her excitement about the new track, Avanti Nagral says “Treated is a song that I wrote to my 12-year-old self. I’m thrilled for people to hear the song and watch the music video, and I hope that anyone listening to the song is able to take away that respect is the number one thing in any kind of relationship.”

Qyuki Digital has always encouraged out-of-the-box concepts and with Avanti’s Treated, the intention is to empower women, because no one deserves to be mistreated. The song celebrates prioritizing happiness, respect, and supporting dreams and ambitions.
