Vh1, the leading English entertainment channel in India, and Seagram’s 100 Pipers announced the winners of the first ‘100 Pipers Vh1 Sound Nation Awards’, India’s premier music awards night at Hard Rock Café, Worli on Sunday, 11^th May. The awards followed the huge ripples created in the music circuit with the first of its kind LIVE music festival ‘100 Pipers Vh1 Sound Nation’ across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata from 2^nd to 10^th May through 23 gigs by 28 of India’s biggest English music artists and bands.

The stars and maestros descended on the red carpet to make ‘100 Pipers Vh1 Sound Nation Awards’ an evening to remember for the music circuit.

Hosted by Cyrus Sahukar and Ramona Arena, the awards night saw the Indian actress, singer,music composer and musician, Shruti Hasan join the party along with other well-known celebrities like Nikhil Chinapa, Gary Lawyer, Carol Gracias, Hard Kaur, Parizaad Kolah, Sonali Nagrani, etc.

The event also saw an ensemble of some incredible acts put up by Your Chin, Mad Boy/Mink, Indus Creed and MidivalPunditz.

The illustrious set of panelists from the music industry includedDJ Nicky Romero; Nikhil Chinapa, Hard Kaur, Devraj Sanyal, Managing Director of Universal Music & EMI Music; Arjun Sankalia, Director- International Music and Special Products at Sony Music Entertainmentand many more.
