Swiss Indian trailblazer BombayMami returns with her empowering new single Curse, via MNRK.

Blending hazy vocals over soulful production, Curse explores the empowering realisation that you need to prioritise yourself and finally leave someone who doesn’t recognise your worth. 

The single reveals a deeper, more intimate side to BombayMami following the bold singles Hot Boyz and Fire in Delhi which were championed by BBC Radio, leading to her standout performance to a packed crowd at SXSW London.

Speaking on the track BombayMami adds, “‘Curse’ isn’t just a breakup song, it’s a girl anthem about choosing yourself.  When someone can’t see your worth, you stop running back and start putting yourself first. This track is for every woman who’s done settling and ready to reclaim her power.”

Curse follows the viral success of her Fire in Delhi snowboarding campaign - which racked up over 10 million views and won praise from the likes of Maya Jama, Sid Sriram, Biig Piig, and Kojey Radical. The video caught the attention of tastemakers like BBC Introducing, BBC Asian Network, Vogue, Elle India, and Trippin World among a hosts of others. 

In India, BombayMami has received tremendous support from the likes of Spotify, Apple Music, JIO Saavn, Radio One, Rolling Stone, Face Magazine amongst others. She was also invited to perform at NBA India’s inaugural ‘BUDX NBA House event in Mumbai (June`25), and more recently, she performed at the spectacular Swiss Art Night exclusive event hosted by the Embassy of Switzerland in Delhi.
