March your way into an exciting new programming line-up on Vh1

This March, Vh1 is priming to roll into the celebratory mood with its all new programming line-up. From new shows and specially curated music blocks to the latest seasons of existing popular shows the channel is all set to up its ante, affirming its position as India’s go-to destination for all things music, entertainment, and pop-culture.

In addition to its existing line-up that includes Say It In Song, Fake Off, Entertainment Tonight, Vh1 Trending, Vh1 Secret Stash and more, the channel will premiere the all-new seasons of the hit reality-based documentary, Catfish: The TV Show. Vh1 has also added to its list of reasons to party by having a special segment for festivals like Holi and St. Patrick’s Day. Extending the list of awards shows aired on the channel, Vh1, this month, will also air the 2017 Brit Awards.

Commenting on the all new line-up, Hashim D’souza, Programming Head, English Entertainment, Viacom18 shared, “At Vh1, our aim is to ensure that no matter when people tune in, they have a good time! Even when it seems like there isn’t one, there’s always a reason to celebrate and we like to imbibe that in our programming. This month we get into the festive spirit and celebrate festivals in India and across the World, along with showcasing the biggest Music Award show from the UK. From Women’s March to International Day of Happiness, we’ve got your celebrations covered. So tune in and get with it.”

The all new line-up began with the 2017 BRIT Awards on Sunday, 5th March

Synopsis:

In honor of International Women’s Day, through our playlist we would like to recognize the achievements of those female musicians who dared to strike out on their own and define themselves as artists. Not only are we airing their music videos, we will also be assigning fun titles to each of the artists. What are they? Tune in to find out!

As St. Patrick’s Day celebrations bloom all over the land and thoughts turn to all things Irish, is the perfect time to fete the musicians from the Emerald Isle who have made an impact in the music industry. The special list of the Irish artists features stars who were born, raised and/ or formed in Ireland. Erin go Bragh!
