Vaani Bhasin is a singer-songwriter and performer known for her emotionally honest lyrics, modern pop sensibility, and captivating stage presence. A former dentist turned full-time musician and actor, she has built a reputation for creating heartfelt, story-driven songs that resonate deeply with listeners.

In mid March she released May a dreamy electro-pop love song about someone who feels like a breeze of fresh air and brings a new perspective into your life. It captures the magical moment when love feels both fated and unreal, like meeting someone you’ve only ever imagined. With a tight, modern pop sound, the track blends emotive vocal layering, light electronic textures, and a strong, steady beat.

Produced by South Korean producer DONGUK, the production is electronic, emotional, and melody-driven, featuring clean synths, dynamic beats, and cinematic vocals. It's a hug-in-a-song for romantics, daydreamers, and anyone who’s ever caught feelings out of nowhere.

In Vaani’s words: "This song was born from sheer happiness. The happiness of falling in love, transcending old habits, becoming and feeling like a new person, walking with a goofy smile on your face, dancing around like a little kid... basically feeling the magic in the air. The happiness was so deep and real that it had to come out the best way I know: by writing a romantic pop song. After all, I’m a proper pop girl."

“Given everything that was happening in the country, I had initially postponed the release, unsure if something so joyful had a place in the moment. But as things began to settle, I felt it was the right time to put some fresh energy out into the world through music. Produced by South Korean producer DONGUK, this release marks a new direction in my sound” shares the young singer.

Her debut single We Made Uslanded her on the cover of Spotify’s Fresh Finds, while her song Bravewas selected among the Top 100 for A. R. Rahman’s Nexa Music competition. Vaani was also part of Spotify’s RISE program and has performed across India at some of the country’s most prestigious colleges and festivals.

With her fifth single May, Vaani continues to share her signature mix of vulnerability, strength, and charm through music that feels deeply personal yet universally relatable.
