18th September, 2025BBC 2 playlisted, Asia-based, indie-artist Druv Kent has released his 2nd single from his EP ‘On Time’ called Wild Then You Flow. The song is an anthemic burst of rock-pop that blends Kent’siconic 70s style original songwriting with truly inspiringcontemporary sounds. US-based Chadwick Easton at Melody Maker has coined Druv Kent “𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘱𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴”. This track hits the mark once again.
Wild Then You Flow is written and composed by the award-winning singer songwriter, who, as abanker turned full-time musician, knows something about trying to find life’s ‘𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸’state. The song is recorded withKent’s long-time UK-based legendary collaborators, including the bass and production of Simon Edwards (Fairground Attraction, David Gray), production and guitars of Calum MacColl (Ronan Keating), keys of Mikey Rowe (Sheryl Crowe, Oasis), and drums of Clive Deamer (Radiohead, Portishead).
Wild follows the EP’s excellent first single High Time, the ‘me-time’ anthem heard across radio in Asia and the UK. Kent’s 5th EP is titled ‘On Time’, set for release in November.
Recording in both English and his native Hindi, Kent has won music awards for both songwriting and live performance. Some of his biggest songs include Glitter & Dynamite, Little Bit of God, I’m Still Riding, Higher Ground, Don’t Burn Away and Hindustan Meri Jaan.
