Singer Kiran celebrates the festival of colors with new multilingual ‘Holi Re Holi’ festive special track.

Following the successful launch of her debut, Take Sweet Talk Sweet Be Sweet, versatile independent artist Kiran (Holkar) is set to ignite the music scene once again with her latest single, Holi Re Holi, released recently. Blending tradition with a modern edge, the track is a vibrant explosion of culture, language, and rhythm, now available on all major streaming platforms.

Holi Re Holi is a definitive "I-POP" track that seamlessly weaves together English, Hindi, and Marathi lyrics. The song captures the dual nature of the festival: the spiritual cleansing of burning away "evil deeds" in the bonfire and the uninhibited joy of celebrating the festival that follows. From the traditional call of "Puran Poli" and “Shehnai” to the contemporary metaphors of colouring the sky "violet and wet," the song is a sonic journey through India’s most colourful festival’s celebration.

The music video has a twist of Indo Western tadka andbursts to life with an infectious, uptempo groove that instantly sets the tone for celebration of Holi. Bright, funky beats drive the visuals as scenes unfold like a modern-day Holi festival, drenched in colour, movement, and pure joy. Every frame feels alive with rhythm and spontaneity. There’s a playful chaos to it all, pinks, blues, and yellows timed perfectly with the beat, smiles cutting through the music, and a sense of carefree abandon that pulls you right in to the music. The styling is bold, the choreography loose yet electric, and the energy never dips.

Kiran says “It’s less about perfection and more about vibe — a celebration of music, colour, and connection”. However talking about colour, a few clouds of vibrant Holi coloured powder in the air, splashes of water, would’ve completed the frames in the video to near perfection.

But at its heart, the video feels like an invitation to let go, to move, and to lose yourself in the moment — where the music is loud, the colours are brighter, and nothing else really matters.

With her second music video just out, Kiran has lots more planned this year.

The multifaceted artist has been performing from a very young age with a trained background in music, dance, and performing arts. She brings a distinctive perspective through her music, seamlessly blending the richness of Indian cultural heritage with Western pop culture influence, creating a refreshing fusion that sets her apart as a trailblazing voice, opening gates globally and resonating with her growing fan base worldwide, idolizing greatest pop artist, she is aiming to elevate Indian pop to international acclaim. The video of her debut Take Sweet Talk Sweet Be Sweet and newly released Holi Re Holi is proof of it.

Her artistic journey has been shaped by esteemed mentors like Bappi and Bappa Lahiri, Atul Churamani and Sandip Soparrkar to name a few.

Expanding her creative horizons, Kiran has also ventured into music journalism, writing and carrying out interviews for music portal www.musicunplugged.in further fuelling her passion for music which establishes her as a researcher and creative head always curious to dig more and flash the unknown.

Kiran is currently doing stage shows of dance and music in collaboration with renowned artist Dr Sandip Soparrkar's Ballroom Dance Studio where she is seen performing in various commercial theme shows. She has worked as an actor in a feature film, done theater and has great command on stage presence implementing creative ideas and presenting it from a different perspective.
