08th October, 2026India’s W.i.S.H. are back and this time they are bringing two very different sides of love with them. The four member girl group - Ri, Zo, Sim and Suchi return with Kasoor and Doori, a contrasting pair of releases that move from the thrill of being wanted to the ache of realising what you have lost.
While Kasoor arrives with both audio and video, Doori adds a darker, more introspective layer to the story, creating a musical Ying-Yang attraction and absence, marking another step towards W.i.S.H.'s vision of taking I-pop to a global stage.
Produced by Mikey McCleary, Kasoor is the rush of knowing someone has completely fallen for you and is under your spell. Flirtatious, confident and playful, the track captures the intoxicating phase of attraction where you know exactly what effect you have on someone and are enjoying every second of it. The music video takes that confidence into a surreal supernatural fantasy. Set inside a grand Rajasthani palace, the girls come together for a mysterious Ouija ritual, each placing an object that represents their deepest wish. What follows is a glamorous, surreal journey as their wishes begin to take shape, transforming the palace into a playground of fame, love, luxury and everything they could have asked for. But every wish comes with a price.
Just as the girls begin to lose themselves into their perfect fantasy, something darker begins to surface. Chains, thorns, slamming doors and fleeting glimpses slowly disrupt the dream, turning the world of Kasoor into something far more sinister. And when Doori enters the picture, the story takes an unexpected turn revealing the other side of getting exactly what you wished for. Together, the two songs become two halves of the same emotional story.
Speaking about the tracks, W.i.S.H. shared, “This comeback feels very special because it allowed us to experiment with everything , the music, choreography and the visual world. We didn't want ‘Kasoor’ and ‘Doori’ to feel like two separate releases. We wanted you to experience them as two sides of the same story and hopefully find a little bit of yourself in both.”
Since their debut, W.i.S.H. have been steadily building their own space within India’s pop landscape. As the country’s first girl group in over two decades, the quartet have grown beyond their debut to create a distinct identity around their music, performance and fandom, drawing from the scale and ambition of global pop while building an I-pop language of their own.
With Kasoor and Doori, W.i.S.H. are stepping into a world that is bigger, darker and more cinematic, one where a wish can be everything you wanted and everything you should have feared.
