About thirty –six years after its formation, the Scorpions, Germany’s most successful hard rock band can still boast of an impressive career in the international music business. Comprising primarily of lead singer / songwriter Klaus Meine, guitarist / composer Rudolf Schenker and lead guitarist / composer Matthias Jabs, the heavy metal heroes have become famous for their inimitable style of guitar solos. There’s also drummer James Kottak, and bassist Pawel Maciwoda. While the original lineup of band members maybe an ageing lot, the unit is still rocking. It seems they’re unbreakable.
