16th February, 2026Released just in time for Halloween, platinum-selling, West Philly artist Armani White proudly presents is anxiously awaited new album, ‘There’s A Ghost in my House’ out now via Def Jam Recordings.
This bold body of work illuminates the expanse of his genre-busting approach as he haunts and hypnotizes with eleven inventive and irresistible anthems. Home sets the tone for the LP, threading his high-energy rhymes into the fabric of a multi-layered soundscape punctuated by a thick drop and chilling loops. At one point, he proclaims, “I’m over the top,” and we’ve effectively entered his world. On Bigger Person he taps into soul and spirit between strains of ethereal piano. Processing conflict, he reaches a point of acceptance, going on to acknowledge, “I’m supposed to be the bigger person though.”
Then, there’s Say It To Me His fast-paced flow practically leaves the funked-up production in flames, complementing a punchy bassline and steady beat with panache. His musical haunted mansion comes to a close with PHNTM featuring T-Pain. He flexes his inherent knack for melody, reflecting on his trials and tribulations without filter. It climaxes on an identifiable refrain, “That’s too real.”
Speaking of “real,” the album allowed him the space to open up more than ever before “Initially, ‘There’s A Ghost in my House’ was a play on the idea that there was an actual ghost in my house,” he explains. “There was nothing to fear though, because this ghost is just a part of me. For a while, I fought the idea of metamorphosis. Eventually, I accepted change can be scary, but you shouldn’t fear it.By the end of the album, I want you to know exactly what kind of cereal I like, what cartoons I watch, and what scent of bath soap I use. I want you to connect to me in a personal and unusual way. That’s how I’m going to push the culture forward.”
He set the stage for the project with Mount Pleasant which BET hailed, “Philly’s own is proving once again why everyone’s eyes stay on him.” The album also boasts Ghost featuring Samara Cyn, which earned critical acclaim. Billboard professed “Every listener will have their shoulders grooving.” Another highlight, Cut the Lights was initially teased at the NFC Championship game where the Eagles went on to conquer the Superbowl.
In advance of the album, Armani supported the legendary T-Pain on the “TP20” Tour, selling out arenas coast to coast. He closed out 2024 with TTSO which followed his Road to CASABLANCO. EP. It ushered him to the forefront of the mainstream, posting up over half-a-billion streams and counting, anchored by the success of the platinum selling viral hit Billie Eilish Inciting critical acclaim.
