ABBA – The Movie (Import)

There was a time in the mid- to late-1970s when the biggest group in the world was not the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, or KISS. In fact, it wasn't even some dirty, rebellious rock group, but a band of four Swedes named Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny, and Anni-Frid that were known as ABBA. These two then-happily married couples sang pop songs that went on to hit the charts, songs about dancing queens and soldiers named Fernando. The boys wrote the songs, while the girls brought sexiness and style in their music.

Chris De Burgh performs several tracks from his then latest album ‘The Road to Freedom’, along with some classic ones, a total of 21 pieces, including a Medley. His interaction with the German audience is evident and so pleasing.
