I Am Woman

Superstar vocalist Helen Reddy is one such story. And ‘I Am Woman’ is the movie that has chosen to tell it today.

The High Note

‘The High Note’ is a fun feel-good movie that talks about the music industry and its facets, albeit in a light-hearted manner. The soundtrack of course underscores the soul of the film, with its ‘pop’-y yet Motown feel and the story holds together a cast that is determined to portray their characters with heart.

Westlife – The Twenty Tour – Live from Croke Park

When INOX Megalplex, in Malad’s Inorbit Mall announced the screening of Westlife – The Twenty Tour – Live from Croke Park (it was also screened at INOX, Nariman Point), there was no way I was going to miss this. The theatre that screens the best of Bollywood and Hollywood literally turned into a stadium for One Night Only. With a majestic Dolby Atmos® system, which had the sound emanating from all directions, you almost felt you were in the stadium with Westlife and joining them in the music.

Metallica and the San Franscisco Symphony Orchestra

It’s great to see cinema halls now offering music lovers a chance to watch Live concerts on the big screen, bringing with it all the excitement and sound right in front of you. INOX Laserplex at Nariman Point and INOX Malad, screened Metallica's Live concert recording of their collaboration with the San Francisco Symphony. The concert film was also screened at INOX multiplexes in 8 cities in India.

Bohemian Rhapsody

Fans of Queen and particularly Freddie Mercury will rejoice, as finally the much awaited biopic of one of Britain’s top rock band’s has finally been released in Indian cinemas, though almost two weeks later than the international release.
